A combination of 1% clotrimazole cream and anti-inflammatory steroid creams of various strengths (i.e., hydrocortisone)<\/span> can often help. If there is no infection, steroid creams such as hydrocortisone cream alone can help. <\/p>\n Often, antifungal or steroid creams help temporarily, and the problem occurs again.
