The patient takes aspirin<\/strong> daily which does not interfere with ShangRing circumcision. The procedure was done under local anesthesia<\/a> and took under 30 minutes. The patient was able to go home shortly after the completion of the procedure.<\/p>\n On follow-up 10 days after the procedure, the patient reported that he had minimal discomfort and did not require any pain medications. He did not pick up a prescription that was sent to his pharmacy. He was able to return to his usual activities the next day. ShangRing was removed<\/strong> in the office and a dressing was applied. He was advised to apply Xeroform dressing daily.<\/p>\n The patient was seen 4 weeks later. The scar was noted to be healing well, with >90% healing<\/strong>. He reported no pain. <\/p>\n The patient was seen 2 weeks later. He reports no complaints. Circumcision was noted to have healed well<\/strong>. The patient was advised that he can resume sexual activity. Cialis was prescribed for the treatment of erectile dysfunction<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n On follow up 1 month later<\/strong> the patient reported no irritation, no pain during sex<\/strong>. He did not notice any change in sensation, other than the resolution of the inflammation and pain that he had prior to circumcision.
