If you do not speak English, please bring a translator<\/strong>. If you need a translator, we can suggest reputable and affordable translators for your visit.  If you do not have a translator, we also offer a phone translation service for over 150 languages (no extra fee)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Please bring all your test results and a summary of your relevant medical history translated in English<\/strong> to your first visit. You may also send them to us electronically by email or fax prior to your visit.<\/p>\n
