We see men and women who are uninsured and pay out-of-pocket as well as patients who have health insurance. For patients without insurance or those paying out-of-pocket, we offer affordable prices and payment options.
We offer free insurance verification. We can check your coverage and estimate costs before your visit. Please reply to us with the following information:

If you need help with paying for medical expenses or deductible payments, you may be eligible for 0% APR credit for medical and non-medical expenses. Click to Check Eligibility. Our office hours are Tuesdays 10 am to 4 pm and Thursdays from 10 am to 6 pm. We are open on alternating Saturdays from 10 am until 2 pm. You can see our next working Saturday appointment availability online.
