EVOLVE Laser System for BPH

EVOLVE laser is a powerful laser used for the treatment of men with an enlarged prostate (BPH). EVOLVE laser can be used for laser ablation of prostate EVOLVE laser is comparable to Greenlight KTP laser, holmium laser, and thulium laser. EVOLVE laser is very good at controlling bleeding which is a concern for patients who need to be on blood-thinning medications such as aspirin.  EVOLVE laser can also be used for the enucleation of prostate tissue.

Clinical Outcomes: 

EVOLVE laser prostatectomy leads to improvement in International Prostate Symptom Scores (IPSS), improved flow rate, and decreased postvoid residual comparable to that achieved with other lasers such as Greenlight laser, holmium laser as well as TURP.
