Initial visit fees, follow-up visit fees for evaluation of urinary symptoms will apply. These may be covered partially or fully by your insurance company.
We see men and women who are uninsured and pay out-of-pocket as well as patients who have health insurance. For patients without insurance or those paying out-of-pocket, we offer affordable prices and payment options.
We are offering additional discounted rates depending on your condition. Typical rates are as follows:
Initial Consultation (one time) starting at $285 – $365.
Follow-Up Consultations starting at $145 – $185.
These rates cover physicians’ encounter ONLY. Diagnostic testing (ultrasound, cystoscopy), surgeries, procedures, and medications are billed separately. Should you require additional tests such as bloodwork, urinalysis, urine cultures, etc., we will send the order to one of our affiliated Laboratories (LabCorp, Quest Diagnostics, Bioreference) which works with most insurances. Imaging studies such as CT/MRI/PET scan are covered by most insurances.
